Kanani Wailea 10 Is Now Rented

My clients were able to find great renters for their unit #10 in Kanani Wailea. Hence, we canceled the listing until further notice. At minimum the lease is for a year and could possibly be extended for a second year thereafter. Somehow the video for Kanani Wailea 10 is something special. I wanted it here for everyone to enjoy once more:

Kanani Wailea #10 is a free-standing 2-story building on the quiet interior greenbelt of the complex. It feels like a home that has the benefits of a condominium. Steel-frame, stucco exterior and the concrete tile roof are superior features of this low-density Wailea condo. The layout has the master suite, the kitchen with dining area, the main living room and a powder room on the upper level. There are 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room and a secondary living room on the lower level, next to the two-car garage.

The smart floor plan offers four private and covered lanais, plus lots of storage space and a two-car garage. The living areas feature 18x18 travertine-tiled floors, with berber carpeting in the bedrooms. All lanai floors were upgraded to matching tumbled travertine tile. The kitchen includes a Subzero fridge, Bosch dishwasher, Wolf microwave, oven and range with an outside exhaust ventilation system. The original owners also opted for the sound and security wiring system upgrades. They added custom Hunter-Douglas vinyl shutters to the windows on both levels. The upstairs portion of the dual-AC system was newly replaced about two years ago. Kanani Wailea #10 has 24 owned solar panels that are connected through the customer grid supply (CGS), to keep your power bills as low as possible. This building was recently painted.
