Finally the long awaited photos from The Pavilion in Wailea Elua. Today I was able to visit the newly renovated facilities around the pool. The Home Owner’s Association office is fully functioning. It must be the best location of any such office in Wailea and Makena. Talking to a few people, everybody is in awe and really happy it is done.

The stone tiled floors carry from the entrance of The Pavilion through the tall, open spaces of the covered lounge and dining areas all around the pool. The seemless combination gives visitors the true Hawaiian experience of inside and outside living. All colors are of natural tones underlining a relaxing atmosphere. The furniture in the lounge area is pleasantly comfortable. On the right side, next to the office are the bathrooms and the fitness center. Kind of nice with the big sliding doors wide open towards the ocean.

On the left side the new kitchen and a setup that will eventually hold a computer for your convenience. There is a great amount of seating in the dining area. At the north end of the property is a facility to store kajaks. I really like the adjacent BBQ area so close to the ocean. The big lawn with a few tables invites to some great evenings with family and friends. The pool itself is a masterpiece with small mosaic tiles, each one of them shimmering in various blue tones reflecting in the sun.

Wailea Elua is a vacation rentable condo complex just south of Wailea’s only oceanfront, single family and residential area called Maluhia at Wailea. Elua is mostly famous for the spacious lawn area between most buildings and the ocean front walkway. A sprawling 24 acre site with just 153 units in 25 two story buildings makes for a lot of room and privacy throughout this condominium.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Unit #903 is a floor plan that rarely becomes available. This unit is a ground floor unit and has been updated. It is only a very short walk to the re-modeled pool facilities. Check my Wailea Elua plat map for the exact location. The unit has recently been reduced by more then $400,000.00 to now $2,750,000.00, indicating a motivated Seller that acknowledged the current market situation. Send me an email and let me know how much you would like to offer 🙂 Aloha from VW
